This residential area was the first mixed development in partnership between private developers and the DDA (Dublin Docklands Authority). The design and installation of the play space was in itself challenging because it had to be installed onto the second storey of a multi level car park. The play area was themed around the Docks with a large galleon boat and colourful wetpour safety surfacing.
