Street-Play combined both fixed play and water play in this project, providing a unique mix of activity. There was an old paddling pool that took hours to fill, which was to be removed as part of a multi million pound park upgrade. Street-Play and Craigavon Borough Council negotiated with several government bodies to keep water play at the park and incorporate it into the new design for a state of the art play space. Water service officials also needed to be convinced that all the water would be recycled and reused. This play facility is a true success story!
